Heather Deyrieux, MSM, SHRM-SCP, SPHR


Heather Deyrieux, MSM, SHRM-SCP, SPHR serves as the Director of Strategic Development at Dental Care Alliance generating exposure at conferences, dental events, shows and campus recruiting events. Additionally, she is developing and implementing the recruiting social media platform, as well as developing and delivering presentations, and analyzing the effectiveness of recruiting systems. She is maximizing existing recruiting resources and implementing new resources. Dental Care Alliance is one of the country’s largest dental support organizations, with more than 4,200 employees and 260+ affiliated dental practices in 13 states. Heather also serves as a volunteer on the Executive Committee for the HR Florida State Council. She is currently serving as President-Elect and has previously served as the Conference Director, Secretary, Treasurer, Emcee and other roles for the conference. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in General Business and a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources at the University of Central Florida. Go Knights!
