988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (now known as the 988 Suicide & Crisis
Lifeline), and is now active across the United States. When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand
how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.
Professional Counseling
The Center of Revitalizing Psychiatry
The Center of Revitalizing Psychiatry has counselors and providers to address the gap and support the mental health and wellbeing of people
across FL.
Although mental health has gained national attention during the pandemic, many impediments to obtaining quality mental health support remain, especially for those in the active workforce. These impediments include
a lack of company-wide advocacy for an environment that is supportive of mental health, a shortage of dynamic Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) that provide adequate mental health support for employees, and the availability of quality
professionals that can address the mental health needs of employees and their families.

- Reduce release of cortisol and other stress hormones
- Lower your heart rate and blood pressure
- Alter the expression of genes involved in immune function, energy metabolism
and insulin secretion
A few minutes of deep breathing can do us all a lot of good… and you can do it anywhere. Even at your desk.
