Welcome to the HR Florida Speakers Bureau!
The Council is pleased to offer its member chapters a listing of available speakers for whom HR Florida will sponsor to speak at your local chapter monthly meetings and/or conference. As part of our ongoing efforts to engage with local chapter
membership and promote the HR Florida State Conference, chapters may outreach to one or more of the individuals listed below to visit their chapter on an annual basis.

- The Four Pillars of Creating a Mentally Healthy Workplace: This presentation teaches the impact of unaddressed mental health, signs and symptoms, the power of peer support and person-centered language, how to decrease
stigma, and create a ‘safe’ workplace culture where everyone feels ‘safe’ speaking openly about mental health without fear of judgment, retribution, or job loss.
The SHRM Competency-Based Education for Chapters series
Created to help HR professionals develop effective strategies for applying competencies in their day-to-day HR functions.
These workshops focus on viewing HR competencies in action as delivered by HR experts. Each workshop is tailor-made
to present at Chapter events and aligns with at least one behavioral competency, allowing for practical application of the knowledge gained throughout the workshop. These workshops are free to SHRM affiliated Chapters and each workshop
is easily downloadable and comes equipped with all the resources necessary to facilitate the interactive workshop.
To ensure these workshops are used as intended, and for effective tracking and use so we can continually provide
quality resources, please submit a request form to gain access to the workshop resources. Within five working days of submission, you will be contacted regarding your request.
