Program Summary

The best way to enhance leadership effectiveness may surprise you. Kathy will share lessons and insights borne from years of designing and delivering leadership development programs. Kathy suggests that the “next wave” of leadership development should and will be structured around activities and experiences that identify and strengthen each person’s unique leadership point of view. The prevailing one-size-fits-all leadership development programming focusing on prescribed traits, behaviors and competencies will give way to a highly personalized process of inquiry, articulation, and mastery.
