Using HR Technology To Drive Business Results

Naomi Bloom

Program Summary

For organizations to achieve essential business results, their HR leaders must establish a clear and direct line of sight -- and, therefore, a business case -- (1) from their organization's overall objectives and needed outcomes, (2) to what the people side of the business must accomplish to achieve those results and deliver those solutions, (3) to the required HRM delivery system (HRMDS) and HR technology investments. During her workshop, Naomi will introduce an approach to business outcomes, strategic HRMDS planning, walk you through the process, and answer questions about the role HR technology must play in human resource management.
