Each Exhibitor receives 2 lunch tickets for Monday and 2 lunch tickets for Tuesday.  Additional lunch tickets are available for $45 each. The hotel will also offer a $15 soup and salad lunch special for HR Florida in the Café Osceola restaurant as another option.

Tickets for the Tuesday Night Event “Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler” are available at $85 each.

For your shipping label and packing slip to send your items for the conference bags, click here.

Deadline for receipt of items to Suddath is August 22nd. This label is only for the items that go in the conference bags. Any items for your company booth must be shipped through Shepard following instructions in the Exhibitor Kit link above. We also request that you place one of our  packing slips in each box to better help us track shipments received.
