Director, College Relations 
Ivette Dupuis, SHRM-SCP, SPHR-CA, GPHR 

Bio: With over 15 years' experience in HR, Ivette has worked for such Fortune 250 companies as Thermo Fisher Scientific and Jackson Hewitt Tax Services. Also previously, she's led and supported execution of global HR initiatives, including talent strategies, staff development, performance management and succession planning. Her most recent experience has been in multi-site, manufacturing operations. A Magna Cum Laude graduate with B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Business Administration, Ivette is currently a second-year student in the MHR Program at her alma mater, Rollins College. Her career path has been strewn with a series of certifications (MBTI, GPHR, SPHR-CA), and her record of leadership has been duly recognized with the coveted 2013 Susan R. Meisinger Fellowship Award.

As the Director, College Relations for the HR Florida State Council, Ivette seeks to do more than just focus her talent on the company she serves. Ivette's constant objective is to inspire students to work together to support chapter and community initiatives, transform workplaces, and advance the HR profession for what she calls a "win-win-win" for individuals, organizations, and communities alike.

Director, Diversity 
Eve Sweeting, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR 

Bio:  Eve Sweeting, HR Analyst with Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners, has over a decade of experience as an HR professional in private and public sector organizations. Her current duties include performance management, succession planning, and workforce metrics. She holds an MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University and an MA in Adult Education with a concentration in Human Resource Development from the University of South Florida. Eve is an active member in the HR community having served on the board of Charlotte County SHRM for five years including a term as President in 2012, and completing a two year term on SHRM’s Young Professional Advisory Council (YPAC) in 2013-2014. She is also a proud volunteer for many organizations in her community including Charlotte County Young Professionals, Leadership Charlotte, and Meals on Wheels.

Director, Legislative Affairs - Federal 
Bob McCormack 

Bio:  Bob McCormack is a Shareholder in the Tampa of Ogletree Deakins. He has been practicing employment law in Florida for over 23 years. Bob has been the Government Affairs chair for his local chapter, Suncoast HR, for the past three years and was previously co-chair of the chapter’s conference committee. He has been named in the publication "Best Lawyers in America" in the categories Labor Law – Management and Employment Law – Management and has been named as one of Florida's "Super Lawyers in the categories “Employment Litigation, Employee Benefits and Professional Liability.” Bob’s recent speaking engagements include presenting for the EEOC in its Miami Technical Assistance Program in June 2013 and for the American Conference Institute’s Seventeenth National Forum on Wage & Our Claims and Class Actions. Bob is looking forward to serving the Council in his inaugural year as the Federal Director of Legislative Affairs.

Donald Works, JD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

Bio:  Donald C. Works,  JD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is Managing Shareholder of the Orlando office of Jackson Lewis P.C. where he specializes in all aspects of employment law representing management.  He is a regular speaker and has published several articles on wage/hour and employment law topics.  Additionally, Donald has been recognized by his peers in the publications "Best Lawyers in America" and Florida's "Super Lawyers."  An active volunteer leader, he has previously served as past-president of the Central Florida Human Resource Association and the Human Resource Association of Broward County.

Olga Otero-Brown, SHRM-CP,PHR

Bio:  Olga is an HR Director at Allstate Insurance Company one of the largest publicly held personal lines property and casualty insurer in America serving more than 16 million households nationwide.  Founded in 1931, Allstate has been dedicated to protecting customers from life's uncertainties and preparing them for the future for more than 85 years. 

As an HR leader Olga provides strategic counsel and advice to senior executives.  She consults with clients to develop, align and execute talent management strategies to enable business outcomes and has lead enterprise wide change and culture transformation. 

Olga received her undergraduate degree from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL.  She is an active member of the HR Association of Palm Beach County (HRPBC) and served as the chapter president in 2007.  Olga served as District Director for the HR Florida State Council in 2015 and 2016.

Director, SHRM Foundation 
Kelly Marcoux, SHRM-CP, PHR 

Bio:  Kelly Marcoux, SHRM-CP, PHR is the Human Resources Director for the City of Bushnell. In addition to human resources, Kelly  is also the Assistant City Clerk  and holds a (MMC) Master Municipal Clerk certification from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks.  Kelly has been an active member of the HR Florida State Council since 2009.  Serving first as president of the Lake-Sumter SHRM chapter and then as a District Director for District 4, North Central Florida. In 2011 Kelly was named the Southeast District Director of the year by SHRM and in 2015 was the HR Florida Volunteer of the year.

Director, Workforce Readiness 
Timothy Lambert, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

Bio:  Tim Lambert, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has been a human resources professional for over 35 years and a member of SHRM since 1983. He retired in May, 2015, as the Human Resources  Manager of Gulf Power Company in Pensacola, FL, a subsidiary of Southern Company, based in Atlanta, GA. An active volunteer leader, Tim served as President of Greater Pensacola SHRM in 2012 . Additionally, Tim retired in 2010 as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve and currently serves as the State Vice-Chairman for North Florida of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) and as the Gainesville/Ocala Area Chairman for ESGR
