What messasge does your Chapter website portray?
Kelly Marcoux, PHR - District Director, Area 4
Kudos to Gypa DePeppe and the Nature Coast Chapter for having the most up to date information on their website in District 4. Recently, as I was looking at my chapter’s websites to plan my chapter visits for this quarter, I noticed that the Nature Coast Human Resource Society was the only website that had up to date information on it. I immediately congratulated Gyda with a $10.00 gift certificate for keeping her chapter’s website current and up to date.
Take a few minutes and look at you website and ask yourself the following questions:
- When a guest/member looks at your website, what do they think about your chapter?
- Does your website make others want to join you for fun, networking and learning opportunities?
- Is the information current and up to date?
- How easy is it to sign up for events and are they posted correctly?
- Can you tell what the event speaker s will be talking about?
- Are your chapter awards posted in an anesthetically pleasing manor?
- Do you have chapter pictures posted that tells what your chapter and members are about?
- Do you have your chapter initiatives posted?
