Carol McDaniel 

Bio:  Carol McDaniel is the Director, Talent Acquisition at All Children's Hospital, member Johns Hopkins Medicine. Carol’s background combines extensive Human Resource consulting, recruiting, marketing and advertising expertise. With her strong understanding of the many challenges in today’s competitive labor market environment she is considered a subject matter expert in the employer marketing and branding process. This expertise has proved to play a crucial role in the development of talent management and acquisition strategies for her clients. Carol is a frequent speaker at HR and SHRM events, national programs and training seminars to focus on the areas of talent acquisition and talent communications.

Lynnette Holsinger, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR

Bio:  Lynnette Holsinger, SPHR, GPHR is the Director of Human Resources for Nature Coast EMS. In 2013 she served as the President of HR Tampa.  An active volunteer leader, Lynnette also served as the 2013 State Conference Chair and the 2014 and 2015 State Conference Director.  She joined the board of directors of the Employers Association Forum in January 2014.

Pat Szczesny, SHRM-CP, PHR

Bio:  Pat Szczesny, SHRM-CP, PHR , is the Human Resource Director for Sandhill Cove
Retirement Community, located in Palm City, Florida. She began employment in December, 1998. As the Human Resource Director that serves 225 employees, Pat’s commitment to streamlining processes, and concentrate on Employee Development through her Management Training Programs.  

Pat is an active member of the HR Martin Chapter, and most recently served as Vice President of HR Florida and Foundation Director.   In 2014,   she  received   the  South Region District Director of the Year Award from the Society of Human Resources Management.  Her passion for the SHRM Foundation, along with the Council and Chapters, resulted in HR Florida receiving the top spot for overall donations during her tenure (2012-2015).  Pat has over 14 years of experience serving on the Council in different roles, starting as Chapter President for HR Martin in 2002.

Martha "Marty" Bryson, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

Bio:  Martha Bryson, SPHR has been an HR practitioner for close to 20 years. Her career has been in hospitality, entertainment and healthcare.  As the Director of Staff Relations, she is plan administer for the retirement, insurance, leave of absence/ADA and worker’s comp programs for Hope HealthCare Services.  Marty, as she is known to those around her, is the HR Mentor for 25 department managers assisting them with leadership development to sustain success in their role and allow them to be a catalyst to excite staff members to do their best work.  Active in her local chapter, Marty served in numerous roles including president in 2006. She was awarded the HRMA of Southwest Florida Human Resources Award of Excellence in 2003.  Marty has served the HR Florida State Council as a District Director, Treasurer and Registrar.

Jennifer Gunter, MS, SHRM-CP, PHR

Bio:  Jennifer Gunter, M.S., SHRM-CP, PHR is a dynamic HR Practitioner with over 10 years of experience specializing in corporate recruiting, employee benefits and retirement administration. Jennifer is currently a Total Rewards Consultant with the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) in Boca Raton, FL.  Prior to starting with NCCI in 2005, Jennifer was a member of the Human Resources Division of the Broward County Clerk of Courts. She holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelors of Public Administration Degree from Florida International University. She is an active member of the HR Association of Palm Beach County (HRPBC) and served as the chapter president in 2013.  Jennifer was appointed to serve as the Southeast Area District Director for the HR Florida State Council in 2014/2015 and served as the 2016 HR Florida Leadership Conference Chair.

Heather Deyrieux, MSM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the Director of Strategic Development at the International Business Innovation Association (InBIA) the world’s leading organization advancing business incubation and entrepreneurship. Each year, the InBIA provides thousands of professionals with information, education, advocacy and networking resources to bring excellence to the process of assisting early-stage companies. Heather has over 9 years of experience in human resources with a concentration in recruitment and talent acquisition. Heather previously served as the 2011-2012 State Conference Chair, 2013 State Conference Director, 2014 Secretary and Conference Emcee, and 2015 Treasurer.

Bio:  Joyce Chastain, SPHR is the President of Chastain Consulting.  With many years of senior-level human resources experience in the private sector environment, she brings practical know-how to each engagement. Her human resources consulting practice specializes in talent development, employee relations, internal investigations, employment law compliance, and affirmative action plans.  An active volunteer leader, Joyce previously served as secretary, vice president, president-elect for HR Florida in addition to serving as the 2008 president of Big Bend SHRM.  She has been named a Tallahassee Volunteer of the Year Finalist and Leon County Schools Volunteer of the Year.  She was also selected as one of the "Twenty-five Women You Should Know in Tallahassee" and featured as a "Trendsetter in Human Resources" in Florida Trend Magazine.  Additionally, Joyce has been designated as an HR Florida Human Resources Professional of the Year.
