HR Florida is committed to helping HR Professionals in Florida and their employers to successfully address workplace challenges and changes. What is Workforce Readiness?

According to SHRM, Workforce Readiness can be defined as ensuring that today’s and tomorrow’s workforce has the skills, competencies and behaviors to succeed in today’s and tomorrow’s workplace. Ensuring that today’s and tomorrow’s workplace maximizes the potential of today’s and tomorrow’s workforce.
