Full Conference registration includes access to all sessions and program materials, access to Tuesday evening entertainment, lunch (Mon. and Tues), and all Expo activities including the Expo Hall Grand Opening.
Daily registration includes access to sessions, program materials and lunch on specified day and all Expo activities.
The student rate is available for those individuals that are student members with SHRM. If you do not have a student membership with SHRM, (or would be eligible for the student membership), you need to register as a professional attendee.

What is the process for group/team bulk registrations?
HR Florida provides discount pricing for groups of 5 or more purchased at the same time. Please pick the number of registrations you want included in your bundle from the list below.
Once you have paid for your discounted bulk registrations, you will be sent a promo code to provide to individuals attending the conference.
Each attendee using one of these discounted bulk registrations will need to use the promo code when they come to the payment portion of the registration process.
Regardless of when the promo code is redeemed it will reduce the registration price to $0.00 owed.
Registration includes access to the Expo Hall and all events within. Solicitation on the Expo floor by non-exhibiting companies and individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion. Show Management reserves the right to decline admission to the Expo at its own discretion.
Transfers: We will allow registration transfers to another individual at no additional charge. Transfer requests received on or before July 31, 2017 will be handled promptly in the regular course of business; however, any transfer requests received after deadline date will be held and handled on-site at the conference.
Cancellations: Cancellations received on/by July 31, 2017, will be assessed a $75 administrative fee. If you paid with check, your refund will be by check; if you paid with credit card, your refund will be to the credit card used to make the registration. Cancellations received after deadline date, are non-refundable. Please do not ask us to make an exception for you as we cannot/will not do so. All cancellations must be in writing.
