Conference dress is business casual. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes! Also, we encourage you to bring a sweater or jacket as the meeting rooms at the hotel can be cool. Donate $5 or more to this year’s charitable organization and wear jeans on Wednesday!
Speakers have the opportunity to provide their presentations for download. Subject to availability, concurrent session presentations will be available to download one week prior to the conference on the HR Florida Mobile App. More information coming soon!

Take advantage of the Expo Hall Grand Opening Reception on Monday from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm. Enjoy light appetizers and drinks while browsing through a great assortment of vendors offering the latest human resource related products and services and networking with your human resource colleagues from across the state.

Pre-conference participant and vendor list e-mail marketing will be limited to one (1) message per event registrant up to the event date of August 28, 2017.
Post-conference participant and vendor list e-mail marketing is limited to three (3) messages per event registrant for DIAMOND PLUS, DIAMOND and PLATINUM sponsors and two (2) messages per event registrant for GOLD PLUS, GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE PLUS and BRONZE sponsors after the event date of August 30, 2017.

Concurrent sessions run throughout the entire day. As a result, lunch is available over a two-hour time period. Attendees have a choice to attend EARLY LUNCH at 11:45 am or LATE LUNCH at 1:00 pm, alleviating a lunch rush. The intent is to create a more pleasant experience allowing attendees to enjoy a leisurely lunch and more time for face-to-face interaction with exhibitors.
