As best practices in international training and development are increasingly transmitted throughout the world, the State of Kuwait assumes a leadership role within the Middle Eastern Gulf States of Arabia. This session will address the role, responsibility, and change methodologies experienced and employed by trainers within a foreign governmental agency (the Ministry of Information) charged with the responsibility of overseeing communication within the State of Kuwait. The session will immerse you in an exact process of communication style awareness, modeling, feedback, skill building, and change applications that were experienced by selected members of Sheik Al-Sabah's Kuwaiti Ministry of Communication in 2009. A template will be provided for conference assessment, with additional online analysis and feedback available.
